Suzanne kept me informed on what she was doing and all activity on my home.  I was informed on the people selling to me and those buying my home.  I was kept informed of everything pertinent to selling my home as well as extras like requesting a warranty on home to cover the major appliances.  I could not even come close to doing what Suzanne did when selling my home.
